RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK (“Communicorp UK “) general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Heart Yorkshire apply to [DENTAL CARE COMPETITION] (“the Competition”) which will run from 24^th March 2023 to 31^st March 2023 (7 days). The “Radio Station” is Heart Yorkshire

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition: online

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.heart.co.uk/yorkshire/ answer the survey and register their details. Online entry will open at 12pm on 24^th March 2023 and close at 23:59 on 31^st March 2023.

From completed surveys, one entrant will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Mind Field Advertising team. The winner will have 1 month to accept the prize via phone or email before their entry is deemed void and another winner will be selected. The first winner will not get a consolation prize if the 1 month has passed.

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

Winner will win £200 cash.

Cash will be transferred by BACs

ID and bank details will have to be provided for us to make BACs transfer.
